Troubleshooting password reset link issues

Reset link redirects to the login page

If clicking the reset link takes you to the Aircall login page instead of the password reset page, the issue is typically caused by cached data or cookies stored in your browser.

Option 1: Use a private or incognito window

Steps:

  1. Copy the password reset link from your email.
  2. Open a new private or incognito window in your browser.
  3. Paste the link and open it.

Option 2: Clear your browser's cookies and cache

Steps:

  1. Open your browser settings.
  2. Clear your browsing data, including cookies and cached files.
  3. Return to your email and click the reset link again.

Tip: If neither option works, try a different browser or device.

Reset link shows a 400 error or blank page

If clicking the reset link returns an HTTP 400 error, a "This page isn't working" message, or a blank page, the link is likely being rewritten by your email provider's safety tools. Please see our article Invitation and password reset links showing a 400 error for steps to resolve this.
