Bulk contact deletion and export are not available as self-serve actions in Aircall Workspace or the Aircall Dashboard. Both require contacting the Support team.

Exporting all contacts

It is not currently possible to export contacts directly from Aircall Workspace or the Aircall Dashboard.

To request a full export of your contacts, contact Aircall Support. They will provide you with a CSV file containing all your contacts.

Deleting all contacts

It is not currently possible to delete contacts in bulk from Aircall Workspace or the Aircall Dashboard.

To request a full contact deletion, contact Aircall Support and open a ticket.

 
Important: Support can only delete all contacts in bulk. They cannot delete a specific selection of contacts.

Deleting a specific set of contacts

If you only need to remove certain contacts rather than your entire list, follow this process:

Steps:

  1. Contact Support to request a full CSV export of your contacts.
  2. Edit the CSV file to remove the contacts you want to delete.
  3. Contact Support to delete all contacts from your account.
  4. Re-import the edited CSV file using the contact import feature in Aircall Workspace.
