If you'd like to disable the Aircall CTI for all users across your organisation, this can be done directly from the Zendesk Admin Center. This can be useful if your agents are using the Aircall Desktop Workspace app, as being logged into both simultaneously may cause calls to ring on both platforms at the same time. 

Please note that this action applies company-wide and will remove the Aircall phone widget from all agents' Zendesk interfaces.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Zendesk account and navigate to the Admin Center (accessible via the grid icon in the left-hand navigation bar, or by going to yourcompany.zendesk.com/admin).
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Apps and integrations → Apps → Zendesk Support apps.
  3. Hover over the Aircall for Support app tile and a settings icon will appear. Click on it.
  4. Select Uninstall from the dropdown menu to permanently remove the CTI, or toggle the Enabled switch off to temporarily disable it.

Note: Disabling or uninstalling the Aircall CTI only removes the phone widget from Zendesk. It does not affect your Aircall–Zendesk integration. Call logging, ticket creation, and all other integration features will continue to work as normal.
